Dr Jacob is knowledgeable and able to explain in terms that are easy to understand. She is highly professional but at the same time, she treats her patients like family. I am willing to drive an hour there and an hour back because I have confidence in her ability to address my podiatry issues.

Amazing level of care! Attentive to your questions/concerns and very personable. I’ve waited to post my feedback until my level of care was complete so that I could capture all the amazing things Dr. Jacobs did for me throughout. I first saw her 1/29/25 when my foot/ankle pain weren’t going away (a different doctor told me nothing was wrong a few months prior to that, yet I was still in substantial pain so I went to Jacobs for her opinion). She took an x-ray (in-house) and that day was able to identify a few fractures that would require surgery. She was thorough and ordered an MRI to identify the root cause of the issues to develop a complete surgical plan. She spent nearly an hour with me describing what issues I had going on and what the surgery would entail, answering all my questions. I had the surgery in March which went very well. I also had direct access to her post-op, which was extremely helpful as she was able to switch my pharmacy when the first one wouldn’t provide the pain medication needed post-op and she provided quick responses/follow up appointments when I fell a week post-op and needed extra care. All my subsequent post-ops were thorough when she reviewed my post-op progress. She also answered all questions I had. To top it all off, she also has an amazing personality. She even brings her dogs in sometimes which helped boost patient spirits! I finally “graduated” in January 2026 and can say with complete honestly that Dr. Jacobs did a phenomenal job during the diagnosis, surgery, post-op, and subsequent follow up process. If I ever have any future foot/ankle problems I would 100% see her! My mom also had issues with her foot and after seeing my level of care, she also went to Dr. Jacobs and has relayed to me that she’s seen a lot of improvement and is very satisfied with her level of care.

Dr Jacob operated on both big toes. The procedure went well. There was a complication with swelling on one. She provided great follow-up and directions for me to allow it heal
