Amazing level of care! Attentive to your questions/concerns and very personable. I’ve waited to post my feedback until my level of care was complete so that I could capture all the amazing things Dr. Jacobs did for me throughout. I first saw her 1/29/25 when my foot/ankle pain weren’t going away (a different doctor told me nothing was wrong a few months prior to that, yet I was still in substantial pain so I went to Jacobs for her opinion). She took an x-ray (in-house) and that day was able to identify a few fractures that would require surgery. She was thorough and ordered an MRI to identify the root cause of the issues to develop a complete surgical plan. She spent nearly an hour with me describing what issues I had going on and what the surgery would entail, answering all my questions. I had the surgery in March which went very well. I also had direct access to her post-op, which was extremely helpful as she was able to switch my pharmacy when the first one wouldn’t provide the pain medication needed post-op and she provided quick responses/follow up appointments when I fell a week post-op and needed extra care. All my subsequent post-ops were thorough when she reviewed my post-op progress. She also answered all questions I had. To top it all off, she also has an amazing personality. She even brings her dogs in sometimes which helped boost patient spirits! I finally “graduated” in January 2026 and can say with complete honestly that Dr. Jacobs did a phenomenal job during the diagnosis, surgery, post-op, and subsequent follow up process. If I ever have any future foot/ankle problems I would 100% see her! My mom also had issues with her foot and after seeing my level of care, she also went to Dr. Jacobs and has relayed to me that she’s seen a lot of improvement and is very satisfied with her level of care.

Dr Jacob operated on both big toes. The procedure went well. There was a complication with swelling on one. She provided great follow-up and directions for me to allow it heal

When your 2nd toe hurts for 4-6 weeks (longer than your big toe) and you remember possibly jamming it but time elapsed sort of erased that memory and the toenail looks funny shrinking after a pedicure. It’s time to see if there’s a reason to be concerned. My 2nd experience of visiting a podiatrist and I hit the jackpot of Drs. A pleasant office upon entering, friendly and welcoming. I know how some friends rely on their foot drs because of life complications because keeping active is staying healthy - so feet can be critical. I gave them my general and pertinent info then went to X-ray, returned to my exam room and within 5 minutes this bubbly cheerful person asks me the critical questions to get to the bottom line of my visit. Pincher nail, and slight fracture at the 1st joint. She’s showing me the X-ray not just repeating what she can see. The AHA moment of my pain and understanding that time heals doing the correct things. I highly recommend Dr Jacobs for her office etiquette, friendly staff and matter of fact way for relating what the problem is and what it might need to heal.

Dr. Jacob is an excellent Doctor. She explains things thoroughly, and has excellent bedside manner. My husband and I are both very pleased with the procedures she has done for us.

When I first visited her practice, I was unable to put any weight on my ankle. She found that I had torn ligaments and tendons. She fixed them in surgery and I healed up great! I am convinced she saved my ankle. I don’t have any pain now… besides the scars I forget it ever happened. Thank you Dr.Jacob!

My bunionectomy surgery with Dr. Jacob went fantastic! Before the surgery takes place, she lays out her surgical plans with you to ensure you understand what she will be doing. She’s professional and knows what she is doing, and totally lives up to her great reputation and more. I had my first post-surgery follow-up appointment with her today and everything looked great and on track! I had a lot done to my foot on top of the bunionectomy. My second toe was shorten and was corrected from a hammer toe and had some other work done with cartilage too. With everything she had to do, scarring from the incisions she made (which were small) won’t be very visible. So if you are looking for an excellent Podiatrist, I highly recommend her. She’s awesome!

Then you will have the privilege of being seen by one of the best Dr in the Podiatry field. Dr Jacob not only makes you feel comfortable and relaxed she takes time to explain what is wrong and will draw you a picture or show you a model of what is happening in your case and give you her best treatment plan. Dr. Jacob is an outstanding podiatrist. I came to her about 3 months after sustaining an injury to my foot, after being told by several doctors and another podiatrist that it was just a sprain. By the time I found Dr.Jacob, I was tired of being in pain and needed answers. She immediately got to the root of the cause, saw I had broken a small piece of bone when others couldn’t see it. She tried a number of remedies before deciding ultimately, I would need surgery. It was a quick process and she kept me well informed about the procedure and healing journey. I’m now going on three months post-op, and feeling 10x better than I did before surgery. I am so thankful for Dr Jacob and her medical team. They are all patient, kind and compassionate and I would recommend her to anyone having foot issues.

There are no words to describe just how fantastic a doctor she is! Dr. Jacob is one of a kind. A very knowledgeable doctor who looks out for your entire health through your feet. She has a top notch team that she teaches as well as leads by example. Not to mention her fantastic bedside manner and outstanding sense of humor! This last item is the first on the shelf if anything serious arises. Also, Katie her office manager (who has been with her since Day 1) keeps the entire practice humming! She is equally amazing! For years I have been in pain every other month with an ingrown toenail on my big toe When I would get a pedicure the girl would take care of it for me but it was painful, a lot of digging, so I decided enough was enough. I made an appointment to get my ingrown toenail removed permanently. I knew what was involved because I had worked for a podiatrist years ago. I was afraid of the shot but Dr Jacob did a fabulous job. I won’t lie, it hurt a little, but I was pleasantly surprised when she said “ all done”. Once my toe was numb, the whole procedure took about 2 minutes. To remove an ingrown toenail, you DO NOT remove the whole nail. Only a small portion where it is growing into your skin. Then a chemical is applied to the root won’t grow. The numbing is gone and I am not in any pain. It’s been 9 hours. The office staff is lovely to work with Dr Jacob is very calming, very informative and you can tell she loves what she does I highly recommend her office and Dr Angela Jacob

I came in today for a post-op cortisone injection in my foot. It was not as bad as I imagined it to be. Very little pain, actually. Dr. Jacob’s used cold to numb my skin, then she quickly injected the cortisone. It was over before I knew it! Good work, Dr. Jacobs!!

I was experiencing pain for over a week due to an ingrown toenail and they were able to get me in to fix it within a few days. I was very scared of the pain but I didn’t feel a thing and I was out within the hour. Still not experiencing any pain and was a great overall experience.

I love the selection of outdoor magazines she offers in the waiting room, but read fast you probably are not going to be able to finish the whole article before getting called to be seen.

I my case, she examined my sprained ankle, determined no bones were fractured, and ordered PT to work on balance. Definitely smart for persons my age 71, who is active, and can probably extend my active life by training balance.

Dr. Jacob performed surgery on my plantar fasciitis over a year ago and I had almost instant relief and have no further issues with that since. I continue to see her for other foot related issues and she always takes the time you need to explain your situation and the options available. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob!

I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Jacob from beginning to end ... including being able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, and her making sure I was aware of the healing process. She was extremely personable and I felt comfortable in her care. She clearly laid out my options and their pros and cons without pushing either on me. I HOPE not to have too many foot-related issues in the future, but if I do I'm definitely coming back to Dr. Jacob.

I had some issues with both of my big toe and the doctor told me it wasn’t nothing much to worry about she had clipped all my nails with her special tool and I thought I just have to soak my foot in Epson salt for a couple of days and then every night when I go to bed to rub both my feet with Vaseline and I’m going to put socks on it to keep it moist all night. The staff is beyond awesome it was one of the best visits I’ve ever had with a doctor. I highly recommend this podiatrist and where I work a lot of times that we need to refer people to a podiatrist and the doctor is at the top of my list I will be referring her to everyone that needs to see a podiatrist. Again, the staff is awesome.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Jacob in 2020 after a long time of having ongoing pain in my left toe joint. After my first appointment I knew immediately that I do not want to see any other podiatrist other then her. She is very knowledgeable, open to discuss different (advanced) treatment options, I trust her and she always tries to lighten up a conversation. It is no surprise that she opened her own practice this year, and it is no surprise that patients keep coming back to receive excellent care. If people ask me for a podiatrist, I will always give them her business card! Thank you Dr. Jacob, I'll be back :)

Dr. Jacob (and Dogtor Cocoa) are the best you can ask for. Dr. Jacob takes her time with you at every appointment, answers every question, and is always sure to involve you in care and treatment. I have had two surgeries with her, and I couldn’t ask for better care!
